Limkokwing “Satu Malaysia” selected as one of the six songs for 1Malaysia.


Limkokwing was selected as one of the top six winners in 1Malaysia songwriting contest. The competition which was organised by Information, Communications and Cultural Ministry received 341 entries from all over the country.

“People First, Performance Concept” was the theme of the competition, a concept introduced by Prime Minister Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Razak.
The song “Satu Malaysia” was composed and written by Mr. Anuar Razak, the Director and Head of Limkokwing Sound and Music Academy.

With the winning, Limkokwing received RM8,000 and a certificate, presented by Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim on the 9 July 2009.
